The General Assembly brings together C3S users, service providers, EU institutions and agencies, national stakeholders, and ECMWF partner organisations. The programme will include engaging plenary and poster sessions, alongside ample networking opportunities. For more in-depth discussions, side meetings will be organised by ECMWF and its partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Objectives\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>The General Assembly aims to foster an open and interactive environment in which users, service providers, and partners jointly shape the future direction of C3S.<\/p>\n<p>Discussion will focus on three overarching thematic areas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Advancing authoritative climate knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Enabling effective use through methods, tools and capacity<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening the link between climate information, decisions and impact<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Through interactive exchanges, participants will contribute practical insights and concrete recommendations that will directly inform the design and strategic planning of C3S Phase 3. The overall objective is to ensure that C3S remains user-driven, impactful, and fully aligned with real-world decision-making needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Registration<\/h3>\n<p>Registration is <strong>free of charge<\/strong> and open to anyone interested in attending. Priority for <strong>on-site participation<\/strong> will be given to C3S service providers and users.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that this is primarily a <strong>face-to-face event<\/strong>. Online participation will be limited to <strong>livestreaming of the plenary sessions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Registration for the event is <strong>moderated<\/strong>. All expressions of interest will be reviewed, and confirmation of on-site or online participation will be sent by email. We encourage you to register as early as possible to reserve your place and recommend that participants <strong>do not make any travel arrangements until their participation has been confirmed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-center\"><strong>The deadline for on-site registration is 25 May 2026 (EOB).
