This edition of the training course will also include 15 participants from Africa, selected as part of the broader African Union\u2013European Union strategic partnership. The <a href=\"https:\/\/africanspaceagency.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">African Space Agency<\/a> (AfSA) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/\" target=\"_blank\">European Space Agency<\/a> (ESA) are jointly supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening collaboration in space activities. The course will take place across two weeks, the first onsite at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/Education\/ESA_Academy\/About_the_training_and_learning_facility\" target=\"_blank\">ESA Academy\u2019s Training and Learning Facility<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/About_Us\/Corporate_news\/ESA_ESEC\" target=\"_blank\">ESEC-Galaxia<\/a>, Transinne, Belgium, from 28 September to 2 October 2026, and the second online from 5 to 9 October 2026.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESA\u2019s Education Office is looking for highly motivated Master\u2019s and Ph.D. students in engineering or science disciplines to participate in the fourth edition of the Earth Observation Satellite Systems Design Training Course.
